The removal path: confirm your legal record status, request removal citing applicable state law, escalate to Google's removal process, and suppress with positive content in parallel.

Avoid 'pay-to-remove' offers from the sites themselves — paying one site often triggers your record appearing on five more. There are legitimate paths that don't fund the ecosystem.
